The Luxe Birthday Package includes:

- 2 Backgrounds- 1 with balloon arch and props and 1 solid colour/printed background if needed

**Cake not included (For custom cakes, we recommend a 6" triple layer vanilla cake with white or light coloured buttercream frosting). You may also purchase a 6" cake from Progressive. P.S. Please no red velvet or black forest/chocolate flavoured cakes.

** 50% Deposit is required within 24 hours after booking. If no deposit is made, the appointment can be cancelled. The balance is due 7 days before the session.
Additional Information
Booking
For Birthday sessions, we recommend booking at least 2 weeks before the actual day.
Payment:
A 50% non-refundable retainer is due upon booking to reserve your session date and time. If this retainer is not paid within 24 hours, your appointment will be cancelled.
The retainer will be deducted from your total. The remaining balance is due 7 days before your session or on the day of your session.
If the session is less than 7 days away, then full payment is required by bank transfer.
Arrivals/Directions
The Directions for the studio will be sent to you 24 hours before the scheduled session. Please make every effort to arrive on time.
Late arrivals will attract a fee of $1,000 for every 15 mins you are late. After 45 mins, the session will be cancelled and can be scheduled for another date.
Cancellations:
In the event of a cancellation or postponement by Client, the retainer paid is non-refundable. The retainer are transferable if a date change is necessary. Forty-eight hours (48) notice of postponement or cancellation is required.
Ordering:
All ordering appointments will be done 3-5 days days after your session via Zoom.
You will be presented with the beautiful images from your session. We will then review the images with you and show you product options and help you with ordering. Edited images will be ready within 7-14 business days after the session date.
