Maternity sessions recommended between 27-36 weeks of pregnancy
Basic Maternity Package |$25,000
The Basic Maternity Package includes:
- 1 hour session in our studio
- Solid colour background (white, black, brown, red)
- 1 Outfit (select a dress from our client closet or you may provide your own outfit) Tulle robes are an additional $4,000
- 5 edited images sent via email (turnaround time: 7-14 business days)
- Partner can be included for an additional $3,500
Luxe Maternity Package |$32,000
The Luxe Maternity Package includes:
- 1 hour 30 mins session in our studio
- Solid colour background along with a simple setup
- 1 Outfit (select a dress or robe from our client closet or you may provide your own outfit)
- 1 Maternity fabric for tossing and wrapping or a bodysuit
- Partner can be included
- 10 edited images sent via email (turnaround time: 7-14 business days)
Add-on:
- Additional person- $2,000 per person
- Additional edited image- $1,500
- 8x10 photo- $3800
- Wooden photo box with 10-4x6 prints & flash drive- starting at $12,500
- 16x20 canvas/ framed photo- $30,000
- 18x24 canvas- $35,000
- 8x8 Photobook with box- $40,000
- 8x10 Photobook with box- $55,000
** 50% Deposit is required within 24 hours after booking. If no deposit is made, the appointment can be cancelled. The balance is due 7 days before the session.
Additional Information
Clothing/Props
We have a maternity client closet which includes gowns, robes, bodysuits and fabrics.
Booking
For maternity sessions, we suggest between booking 27-34 weeks.
Payment:
A 50% non-refundable retainer is due upon booking to reserve your session date and time. If this retainer is not paid within 24 hours, your appointment will be cancelled.
The retainer will be deducted from your total. The remaining balance is due 7 days before your session or on the day of your session.
If the session is less than 7 days away, then full payment is required by bank transfer.
Arrivals/Directions
The Directions for the studio will be sent to you 24 hours before the scheduled session. Please make every effort to arrive on time.
Late arrivals will attract a fee of $1,000 for every 15 mins you are late. After 45 mins, the session will be cancelled and can be scheduled for another date.
Cancellations:
In the event of a cancellation or postponement by Client, the retainer paid is non-refundable. The retainer are transferable if a date change is necessary. Forty-eight hours (48) notice of postponement or cancellation is required.
Ordering:
All ordering appointments will be done 3-5 days days after your session via Zoom.
You will be presented with the beautiful images from your session. We will then review the images with you and show you product options and help you with ordering. Edited images will be ready within 7-14 business days after the session date.
